What is a gcc.exe. windows 98 2E says it can’t find it. It needs it to open up files. zip file and some other type files I can’t find it anywhere. Where do you get one? How do you install it? The window which has a list of programs to open up files had one with gcc. beside it but when I clicked on it, it said it couldn’t find the gcc.exe.
help!Please I real need to open up this file.
