I keep hearing GeekSquad talking or referring about their STS software. What does STS stand for? What is it used for? Is it a program that the company had to have built from scratch, or is it an off the shelf product? What are some off the shelf solutions that are similar to STS/ Compete with STS? More particularly, I am interested in a software solution with the functionalities of STS, but it must also be accessible from the web, as well as from WAP enabled devices.Thanks a million guys!
