I am running Windows XP sp2. While connected to the net I frequently get this message:

for the inconvenience.

After this the color of the taskbar turns white and my internet connection freezes and I have to reconnect right from the start. At times the entire pc freezes and have to reboot.
I am using Quickheal 10.1 as my Anti virus and these guys tell me that this is a windows problem, though the problem has surfaced after I started using Quickheal
I am a non technical person. Please help.
