Generate Win95 Boot Disk

I am trying to reinstall Win95 on a machine but the boot disk is lost. I have the CD-ROM. Is it possible to create a setup/bootdisk from the CD-ROM? I am not referring to the setup disk created from inside Windows 95. I need the disk that you boot to start a new install – delivered with the win95 cd-rom.
