My boss has instructed me to find a way to generate incoming and outgoing smtp reports for our exchange environment. Our mail relay provider is useless and can not provide us with such. I know performance monitor is an option but it is not able to give us detailed reports. I understand Crystal Reports has an option that provides this but I am not familiar with it. Does any one have a suggestion regarding a third party utility that provides such reporting. Or is there something in exchange that I am missing that could give me smtp reporting.
