Generic Host Process for Win32 Error

Hello I am reciveing a Generic host Process for win32 Service error thought out the day but it happens alot often when I am in a word doc. the error will pop up with SzAppname:SVChost.exe Szmod Ver: 5.1.2600.2180 SzApp Ver: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00083250 SzMod Name: RPCRT4.dll

any suggestion or help will be appeciated!!
