“Generic Host Process for Win32 Services” error

does anyone know how to fix this, we get this every time pc starts up after connecting to domain? Running Win xp sp3.

error signatures
szAppname: svchost.exe
szModName: AcGenral.dll

No programs have been installed yet, just put os up and running, connect to domain, boom error every time
