Generic host win32

I am using Windows SP2 and use broadband

The problem is after using broadband a error on my screen (Generic Host Process for win32 Sevices has encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.)after this problem my internet exlorer not open is any pages and not disconnect broadband connection.

So please reply this post.
