Getting a MS VB runtime error 5852

Only one employee is getting a Visual Basic runtime error 5852′ requested object not avalible.
She’s running windows 2000 Professional w/ Office professional. This happens only while closing a word document. I’ve tried re-installing office and tried some downloads from Microsoft, but no luck. Any suggestions?
