Getting AutoDL to work….

Hi, I have an Exchange Server (SP3) running SQL Server 2000 as a member in a windows 2000 forest.
I have been trying to get AutoDL to work, but to no avail. Every time i try to access the system via the web interface i keep getting the Following message:”The account CENTRE\andrew.grogan is not recognized by the AutoDL system.
If you feel that this is incorrect, please contact your local helpdesk, or visit
http://your-company/helpdesk
to create a service request.” I have tried MS Solution Q324815 and the blinking thing still doesn’t work – has anybody out there every managed to get this to work – and if so, could they help by sending me their configuration or explanation of how they did it? – cheers.
