getting bank MS outlook mail

i have dpromoted the win 2000 domain, without taking the back up of the mail, afterwardes iam not able to see any mails in the microsoft outlook. I tried to trace out the .pst and tried to import it but only some mail igot.
there are 3-4 profile int the doucment& settings which one ia have to import.
