Getting Input/Output error message…

…trying to copy from hard disk to floppy.

I run XP and just tried the compatibility utilities on the disk to try and run an old 16-bit game and ever since, I get this message.

Also, I’ve lost my formatting a:\ capabilities.

Anyone know what might be wrong or what I can do to fix? I did a system restore and still same problem.
