Well, recently about a year ago switched from a management position into IT posiiotn. During the process I was able to get some certification like Sun Solaris 8.0, HP Openview ManageX 4.x, Veritas.. Now with the market condition, I am out looking for a job. My obstacle is how to get into a IT position with 1 year of exposure where as market is always looking for 3-5 years.
