I have noticed a number of articles and discussions here on techrepublic about the way Outlook uses a messages “Last Modified” timestamp to determine of it is eligible for archiving. I just want let those who are affected by this can use a tool I have helped to develop to get around this.
Try Outlook True Archive which is available as a free evaluation download at:
The evaluation will move twenty messages at a time but a Preview button lets you see how many messages in total would be moved.
