Ghost and W2000 server

Can I use Ghost to image my w2000 servers to a network share? What version of Ghost? It doesn’t do any good to image to a local drive or cd if the system crashes and won’t boot. What I need is the ability to restore the SERVER image over the network with a bootable NIC. Symantec’s website only talks about workstations not SERVERS? Is it possible?
