Ghost boot failure on a Dell 740

I have a Dell optiplex 740 computer. I created a ghost boot image using ghost ver. 11.0. I receive a boot failure
Boot from CD:

1. HD System Type – (00)

boot failure

Also does anyone know where I can get the DOS drivers for the Broadcom NetXteme 2 Gigabyte ethernet card?
