Ghost domain

I have a customer with 2 servers running NT4.0 SP6 the problem is that an oem domain with an oem computer is shown and it does not exist.
How do I delete it without having to re-load NT.
I have checked with several of my friends in IT around the country and they all suggested re-loading NT.
I hope someone has a better solution that is less work.
