Ghost exe won’t load on second disk!

Acer Aspire 3000 running widows xp pro service pack 2.
Want to image the laptop. Using Symantec Ghost 8.2. When running Ghost exe. it gets stuck on the second disk. It gets stuck and displays LOADING….
Any ideas?
