ghost explorer will not open image file

Hi All,

I have made an image of a user’s computer and now I need to restore the image. But, when I try I get a 10008 error that says the process is aborted. So, I tried using ghostexp to view the files (I really just need one file off there). But, when I go to File->Open, the file is there but won’t open. It just pops up with the open dialog box and then instead of the .gho files appearing I see .ghs files. Any help is greatly appreciated.
