Ghost Image creating

Hello, I have to format 100 desktops in 1 week. Which are different type and model all of them are IBM. i.e with different drivers also. I need to creat a ghost image which contains all the necessary driver for all the models. Plus required software like XP, MS office and other software. Image should not ask for any key. I need to know Which software I should prefer and HOw do i creat this image.
It is diffcult task for me! Need Help! urgently.
