Have Ghost 2001 installed on an NT 4.0 server. Want to use a Network boot disk to boot into DOS and connect to the network then map a drive from the command line. Then want to run ghost.exe from the command line and bring images down from the server or load them up to the server. Used to do it at my last job but was using DHCP. At my current job we have static IPs and it just doesn’t seem to work. I have modified the boot disks with the correct IP addresses of the client, gateway, and WINSservers and added the correct domain, computer name and login account and password. I just can’t get it to work. Anybody done this using static IPs or know how to I can do it in my current environment? If you need to know more information let me know.
