Ghost Server Hardware Specs

I need to implement a GhostCast Server. I have never created a server before and honestly don’t have alot of experience with them. I figure finding out what hardware I need to build the server itself would be a good start. Does anyone know what the required hardware would be for a GhostCast Server?
