Ghosting

Guys, I would really like to master ghosting. It’s one of the few things I haven’t played with a lot in this business for a variety of reasons. Are there tutorials available, instructional items, etc. I’m also considering buying a hard drive copier. I’m responsible for an educational product and our biggest problem is failed hard drives. What happens is the company sends us hard drives and I would like to copy these drives in an expeditious a manner as possible. Your help on this matter is appreciated.
