Ghosting a Compaq nx6110

i am trying to create a ghost image for a compaq nx6110. in order to do this, i need the correct dos ndis2 driver. so far, every driver i have found does not work. the nic card is a broadcom 440x ethernet controller. please let me know if you have done this succesfully, and how. thanks.
