Ghosting a Partition?

Hi,
i have been using NORTON GHOST software for some time now and i am quite satisfy with it. Actually, i intend to use it for a rapid backup but i am unable to get the appropriate switches which can be used with the command and i would like to know if there are other steps through which an image recovery can be done without having to go through several steps like launching the ghost software and etc..Please sort me out. Thanks.
