Ghosting an image by MAC Address

I was wondering if there was any way to send an image through the network to locate certain mac addresses and load the image up? For example I would like to be able to type in a list of MAC address into a program being symantec ghost.(or whatever program works for this) then just plug the PC’s into the network and the ghost server will see the new MAC address on the network and send an image to it automatically.
