Ghosting over a network using a USB flash drive

Hi everyone I would like your help booting machines over a network and using a usb key to initiate the connection to a share drive on our network containing our images and start ghost in DOS, then image the machines. I know this can be done as I used did it during my previous job. But my attempts so far to recreate it have been fruitless. I have made a bootable usb and believe the next step is to create a bootable floppy containing the network drivers and copy them over to the usb key. Any help or links to tutorials you can give me will be very much appreciated. Thank You
