I need to reset my display properties to the default settings. I turned on the flashing Desktop and now I can’t use my computer at all. My mouse will not activate anything and all tabs under system properties, display properties and accessiblity options are frozen. I need the DOS command to undo, or to reset the flashing screen and also to turn off the sound because along with the flashing screen is a constant beep due to the fact that my toucpad on my laptop no longer works.
