We have just upgraded to WIN2000 from 95 and now some of our laptops do not have the Global address list available when working offline in Outlook. The settings look the same on the computers where the list is there and on the computers where the list is not available. I have downloaded the Global address list manually from the synchronize menu in Outlook and it looks like it completes, but when I go offline the list is not there. Any Ideas?
