    Good Evening,

My employer has decided to use Google Workspace and has set up a company domain name.

He has allocated each employee an email address and a password.

I have changed my password and was wondering if the admin / employer can still access or read my emails?

Yes, they should be able to correct/update the information internally. Not likely you can make the change yourself. If it is their company-owned system, they can access/read your email information as it goes through their server.

If you are concerned about your email privacy, use a personal service/device and not your company email system.

On a side note, if you are talking about email to clients that use your employer’s service or products, you cannot expect full privacy.

        Many thanks for the response.

I’ve got a other question, my old email account was used through outlook nothing to do with my new Gmail.

My employer has stopped this outlook account. If I want to retrieve the emails from that account which have been sitting in my inbox, how do I go about getting that those back?
