GNAT Box VPN vs Cisco PIX VPN

By BPorter ·
A business has less than 20 remote users, running on Windows 2000 Terminal Server over their DSL internet connection. The data that is accessed through TS is highly confidential. If the business had to choose between the GB firewall appliance or the Cisco PIX products, which would you recommend?

TIA

try the VPN concentrator

by Blau In reply to GNAT Box VPN vs Cisco PIX ...

Give the VPN concentrator a try (Cisco). When we were doing this (we have a PIX) the PIX wasn't quite up to snuff for VPN from clients (may be now...). We did the Concentrator and had it up and going in less than 3 hrs. Where as we had spent well over a month trying to get the PIX going...and this was with the help of CCIE's.
