i have Outlook and 2 of my family members have Outlook Express (2003 both
versions) all updates have been applied, OS is XP (sp3).
I have Charter as my ISP and the 2 family members have embarq (part of
earthlink)as their ISP.
the problem is the same for all of us:
Outlook and outlook express is filtering email messages from senders that we
normally get email messages from and sending some (not all) messages from
these people to the Junk E-Mail folder. it is pretty annoying.
what can be done to fix this issue in both OutLook and Outlook Express.
I have added the people to the safe senders list a million times (every time
a message that is from a safe sender list and it goes into the junk email i
tell outlook that it is not junk, it comes back says that it has added this
person to the safe senders list and they are in the safe senders list.)
All three of us have F-Secure as our security suite (through our ISPs), i don’t believe that F-Secure is causing this issue however I can be wrong about that.
