I am in the middle of restructuring process for IT dept. and I was designing to create at least 4 subdept in IT structure, such as:
1. networking services
2. Operation Services
3. Information Services
4. PDCA services(Planning,DO,Control,Action)
So, I need references / comment from all participants , are these good IT Structure ??
