Good old CACLS

Hello,

I am trying to default the built in Everyone Group to have only read access when creating a new folder or Container Object(CO) compared to having it default the Everyone Groupt to full control. I understand how to apply this to existing folders but I am really looking for how to default this when creating a new folder using the cacls.exe command on a Windows 2000 Server.
