Is it possible for Google playstore search history to be cleared and deleted if web and app activity is not set to auto delete and I did not manually clear it from play store settings myself?

Yes.

Unlike iOS, apps can clear that. Remember that Android OS doesn’t have much in the way of logs so it’s usually a mystery why. At least you didn’t ask why. I only can confirm that apps can do this.
