When Google announced their September 2022 algorithm update, my site about pc games is hit, and almost 90% of traffic is down. What is the solution to overcome my traffic?

If you know the details of their change, you’ll have to adapt your site and/or your SEO so they better match their new algorithm.
If you can’t do that yourself, hire a SEO expert. They might know more than you do.

Anyway, spamming on forums is not the way to go.

The first thing check the update and read carefully what they have said. Then modify or delete the affected articles from your site.

The problem is that Google only tells they changed their algorithm to give better results, but don’t detail what they changed. The algorithm is, so to say, highly classified (secret).

You you need a high degree of SEO-logy to interpret the changes you see.

If the changes do what Google with all their knowledge of AI and language understanding intends, low quality sites will be more affected than high-quality sites. So maybe the site about PC games owned by the OP is one of those low quality sites. Then it’s a good thing for everybody except him it goes lower in the search result pages.
