i used to work in a small company that provide IT solutions, and since the company was small, we all(employees) had to face the challanges of keeping the company alive, we all carried the responsibility and we were happy about it,
the work enviornment was like a family, every one cared about every one and how is he doing and whats the progress.
we worked hard day a night and we even sometimes spend more then 24 hours in the workplace, it was a lot of fun.
but after working there for four years, time has come for the company to Liquidate, because of many reasons.
and so the company started downsizing slowly slowly.
me in the beginning i felt bad and very disappointed, i felt like i lost a big thing in my life, it was a dream for me to grow with this company.
but at the same time with all this disappointment i had to search for a new job.
After about 8 months of searching for a job, i got one at last.
but i dont know whats wrong with me, i feel i lost the enthusiasm and the Thirst of gaining knowledge and certification and growth and all that Developers love to do.
i even feel i dont know where to start from, read what do what.
i feel lost and with out interest.
i dont know whats the problem, is it the disappointment, or is it the different enviorment that am working in now. even though the new enviormnet is nice and friendly but its not as challanging as the old one.
i work in a Government sector now.
how can i create a challanging enviornment, how can i get my old spirit about IT and get my interest back.
