gpedit.msc

with windows xp i was able to set under user config-admin templ-win comp-attach manager-invclusion list for moderate risk file types. for some of my programs that require the approval, but i cannot find this option in vista home premium. can anyone help me?

Its not there

Group Policy Editor, gpedit.msc is not available on XP Home also on Vista Starter Edition, Vista Home Basic and Home Premium.
