GPO

Hi, I’ve implemented ISA Server 2006 and GPO on the same server machine, ISA Server acts as Back Firewall. When ISA Server is up GPO doesn’t work on clients but when ISA Server is down GPO works appropriately.
Which firewall rule must I have to implement?
