My girlfriend works for the city, (can’t tell you which one). The city has MANY OU’s, each OU has a Network Administrator. The director wants each Network Admin to support their OU. Well, the first thing he wants each admin to do is strengthen user passwords policy.
He wants them to do this using security templates. A domain level policy already exist. The Domain level policy is 1 char lowercase, 1 uppercase, requires one digit and etc… If the admins at OU level create a Security template requesting no uppercase characters and etc… Won’t this conflict with the domain level policy? Or does one policy override another?
