How do I down load a bigger graphic card to play games?

You can't "download" a bigger graphic card.
It is hardware. You will have to replace your current graphic card (assuming it is not a part of the motherboard) or disable the "on-board" graphics and add a graphic card. Make sure your monitor can handle the type(s) of display you want to use. If graphic memory is the proplem then you might be able to add RAM to your card (depends on what you have).

You are probably stuck with what you have, only because peoplepc offer good deals for systems but they may lack in upgradability. Check as the previous answer stated if you system has on the motherboard graphic's, if it does then a 50-50 chance of adding an upgraded card. Also depending on the game you want to play you definitly need more system ram. Good Luck
