I’m attempting to reset my CMOS, but have never done
this before. I’ve consulted several sites as well as the
motherboard’s instructions manual. It is a motherboard
with the jumpers, so as far as everything says, you don’t
have to remove the battery if it has the jumpers. I unplug
the power, let the power sourc light fade out, move from
1+2 to 2+3 leave it for about 30 seconds, return it, and
turn the power back on. I am continuously met with no
prevail. Should i maybe try taking out the battery and
reseting it that way as if it didn’t have the jumpers? I’m
clueless.
