Graphics Driver lost

I had to format my C: drive and lost the driver for my grahics card. How can I find out which card I’m using, so that I can download the correct driver? I’ve only got 16 colours!! All I can see on the motherboard is a AMBIOS American Megatrends card. Is there a way of getting more detail from boot-up? I’m DESPERATE!!!
