A user complains that he cannot see graphics in emails that he recieves. I told him to turn off the Automatic Picture Download Settings (Tools->Options->Security->Change automatic download settings)
The pictures still do not download. (this is ocurring on my pc as well)
the pictures will download fine with OWA.
HELP!
