is it possible to uttilise onboard graphics resorces with my pcie graphics card.

But this depends on your M'Board.

Generally when you fit a Plug In Video Card it disables the On Board Video.

If you want to run 2 Monitors you need to use a Plug In Video Card with 2 Video Outputs for an Extended Desktop.

If you want to clone the Monitor you should use a Video Splitter to send the 1 signal to as many monitors as you need it sent to.

You could run 2 monitors, one plugged into each of the video outputs.

You can't get the 2 chipsets to "work together" for processing the same data to the same output, though. Like to make one faster/better supercard.
