Group address book (how to setup)

We need to have a group/global contact list that everybody on the network can access and view/edit How do you set-up a Group contact list that everybody in the workgroup can use (mainly phone numbers)?

The best solution would be to set up a public folder to store them. To learn how go to the Exchange 5.5 online manual at 'http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/en/55/help/default.asp' and search for 'create public folder'.
