I have over 500 users on Exchange and we asked them to save mails to pst. Some .pst growth over 1GB on the file server and create backup problem. Backup tape just not enough. Any way/software we can crop down those oversize .pst and back up them permanently on CD and let the users keep their own archive? We cannot do whole backup and deletion on server as users always need some mail online on their pst on server.
