Group Policies

I was wondering if the following could be possible via group policy.

I have a customer that are having all their hardware upgrade to the following 5x XP Pro desktops (they don't want Vista) and SBS 2003.

They currently all have administrator permissions due to their main business program (Dezrez). On every application start the program checks for updates and if required downloads and installs these updates. As you can imagine this could turn into a disaster if all of them mess about. Is their any way within GP to restrict all users giving them user permissions, but give them admin permissions for that application for the updates to install etc?

Any advice will be grately received.
