group policy

has anyone any examples of setting up a group policy where you have a domain policy and then an ou policy at a lower level.

the ou policy i want to stop a particulat group of users from changing their Pc clock.

whenever i try this it seems to igore the ou policy.

we are using windows 2000 sp4 with active directory

any ideas.

Yes.
Edit the GPO which you want to configure. Go to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Right Assignment.
At the right side of the panel you'll see a policy called "Change system clock". Allow only Domain Admins/Administrators to change and no one else. This may solve your problem.
