Group Policy

I am setting up group policies for a Windows 2000 server and want to include login scripts. In the login scripts I have a command to synchronize the time of the clients pc with that of the Windows 2000 server. However, users who logon without admin prviledges are not able to synchronize the time with the 2000 server. Is there a setting that I can use to allow the users achieve this besides giving them admin or power user rights?
